Our Capital Markets team acquires secured, equipment-based finance transactions, leveraging BankUnited’s balance sheet and Bridge Funding Group's depth of contacts in the industry. The same team will also sell transactions selectively originated through our direct client relationships, focusing on selling assets in order to manage your overall company exposure to third-party investors in support of our single-source strategy. We will work with you and our capital market partners, maintaining an active role in underwriting, administering and servicing the transaction throughout its life cycle.
